Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days. .
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day. 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the India. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we offer a range of shipping options. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and shipping method chosen. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Narhan Sales Zone is not responsible for these additional charges.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or additional costs.

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Customer@narhansaleszone.com. We will do our best to update your information, but please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
